Older dogs for retirement/breeding dogs

These guys have all been raised as kennel dogs with only 'visits' inside. They are very used to other dogs and people and cats and children, but, will need 'at least' three months to become comfortable in a new situation. Since we have moved to our smaller retirement home we've brought several of our 'kennel' dogs here and they have adjusted very quickly and house trained in a week or two. These dogs are some of our best and have already been health tested. Will come with a Vet certificate but no future guarantees.
All retirees are a $500 rehoming fee plus you must pay for spay/neuter, microchip BEFORE they leave home...NO exceptions. Vet should be approx $300.
