Meet 'Chisum', as I call this boy. DOB 01-30-10. This is the first of my Multigen boys I have kept back as breeding stock and he is outstanding. Super conformation, extra loud markings and wonderful sweet personality. Chisum has matured to 23 lbs and 18.5 inches, this puts him just under the small standard size. He is the product of an F1 bred to an F1b which is the final product, multigens, that we're striving for. He is the best and the first to be kept back for the foundation stock. His very first litter with my girl 'Rita' of six puppies sold out the day they were born, before I could even post them online. (people were watching and waiting for this litter)

Meet 'Pecan Place Nicholas Cage'. DOB 10-22-10. Nicki is an F1b blue merle boy out of my own 'Pecan Place Claudette' and 'Double R Phoenix'. He is a gorgeous boy with a super, loving disposition. He will fill a much needed spot as stud muffin to my wonderful F1 girls to give the beautiful full white collar and all the trim that I hope soon becomes commonplace here at Pecan Place Kennels. At six months he is already 17 in and over 26 lbs. I couldn't be more happy with this boy so watch for his babies early 2012.

Meet 'Pecan Place James Garner', Maverick to me. DOB 11-13-2010. This little guy is my super sweet, wonderful little fluffball. I've heard it said that everybody has their 'heart' dog and he is mine. From the time he was born I was drawn to this little guy and now he is my constant companion. His daddy is my wonderful boy Wyatt and mommy is my little lady Audrey. Maverick is 26lbs and 17 in and still got a little growing to do. Maverick is a rare Brindle/White parti color, his many patches started out a dark brindle and are changing to a silver brindle that looks very much like a blue merle when mature. Watch for his kids early 2012.

Meet my new girl Thelma. I had been shopping for some time to get a Moyen sized poodle from a top show kennel and my search has paid off. Thelma has joined my kennel and she is already a tested and proven girl. She is now 18.5 in tall and 30 lbs. Thelma will have one more litter here in summer 2012 but her babies will carry on for her. (See Liz, Lauren, and coming up... Pecan Place Geena Davis.) We also have some up and coming grandbabies out of Liz and Lauren that are truly awesome. Thelma is AKC registered and her pups will be APRI.

Meet "Double R-Pecan Place Vivien Leigh"!! Viv's birthdate is 10-31-08. Vivien is a first generation Aussiedoodle and is about as good as they come. She has lovely white markings and bright blue eyes. She is 16.5 inches and 26 lbs which makes her a Moyen size. Viv has been CERF and Penn-hip tested and passed as I thought she would. Viv produced her first litter of 8 beautiful puppies with two merles on New Years Day 2010 and 3 of these 8 stayed right here to help build my stock of F1b breeding dogs. Watch for the grandbabies out of my Vivien by her kids, Cooper, Rita and Kate..

Meet "Double R-Pecan Place Audrey Hepburn" Audrey is a parti colored F1 Aussiedoodle. She is a super lover and a very gentle little lady. Audrey birthdate is 11-27-08. Audrey has matured 16 lbs and about 16.5 in. A very nice size for toting everywhere with you. This puts her at the Moyen size, even though she weighs in at just 16 lbs (it is determined by height, not weight). Audrey was a solid white with black parti color until she was about 7 mos old and then she started getting secondary spots all over which now show up clearly in her pre-whelping clip. Audrey is the momma to 3 of my kids coming up here at Pecan Place. Watch for 'Pecan Place James Garner', 'Pecan Place Goldie Hawn'(Goldie is now a certified,licensed therapy dog) and also 'Pecan Place Queen Latifah'.

Meet 'Monet'. Yes she is a work of art by a master. Monet is a Moyen size red merle poodle who stands 17 inches and is 23 lbs. I am bringing her in to get this size into my program as the Moyens are pretty hard to find. Monet is a very calm, quiet little girl who is a joy to have around. Watch for her babies with my boy 'Clint' that are staying here at Pecan Place, they are 'Pecan Place Halle Berry' and 'Pecan Place Hugh Jackman'.

Meet 'Pecan Place Claudette Colbert'. Her birthdate is 04-02-09. Claudette is an F1 Aussiedoodle out of my first litter by Wyatt. She is 26 lbs and 17 inches. She has an outstanding coat and outgoing personality. She got her mommas brains and her own very laid back temperament. I have never seen such a thick coat on any or my doodles, even the males! This is gonna be one super foundation dog!! Claudette is the momma to my new stud dog 'Pecan Place Nicolas Cage', watch for him on the 'Under STUD ies' page. She is also a half sister to 'Pecan Place Clint Eastwood' who had a different daddy, he was sired by my boy 'Clark'. I just love this line for the wonderful thick coats and outstanding temperaments I'm getting.

Meet 'Pecan Place Elizabeth Taylor' DOB 12-14-09. Lizard (because she crawled on her belly to me when she was a tiny pup) is a beautiful blue merle F1 female with copper points. She is out of my Moyen poodle Thelma and Double R Blue Jay, a miniature blue merle Australian Shepherd. They don't come much prettier than this lovely lady. She stands 17.5 inches and is now 26 lbs. She should put on a little more height and weight but is probably 90% grown. Elizabeth is a happy bouncy little girl that loves to stick close to her people. Watch for her babies (and her full sister, Lauren Bacall, a red merle with copper, from a repeat breeding,pictured below) in 2011.

Meet 'Pecan Place Lauren Bacall'. DOB 06-27-2010. Laurie is a full sister to my beeeutiful girl Elizabeth Taylor (pictured above). Both are daughters of Pecan Place Thelma Brown and Double R Blue Jay. I loved my Liz soo much that I just had to repeat the breeding to get a red merle so I'd have a matched set. Lauren is also 17 in and 22 lbs and both are top of the line Doodles in the Moyen size. Laurie should have her first litter early in 2012 but if you can't wait then watch for a litter from sister Liz in the fall/winter of 2011.

Meet 'Pecan Place Julie Andrews'. My little Julie is an F1b parti colored blue merle female with two beautiful blue eyes. She is out of an F1 cream colored female 'Pecan Place Jayne Mansfield' and 'Double R Phoenix' a blue merle miniature poodle. Julie is a tall, lean girl at the moment and is already over 16 inches and her body and coat will continue to fill out as she is still well under a year old in these photos. Most coated dogs don't have their full, adult coats till they are approx 18 mos old. Miss Julie is a smart, sweet girl and you can watch for her wonderful babies in 2012.
