My good friend Kris Robards of Double R is getting out of the smaller dog market and has generously swapped dogs with me. (She got my boy Pecan Place Elvis Presley for her standard line.) So, I now have Double R Griffon to fill out my small mini line. He is 13 .5lbs and about 15 in tall and he will be put to good use with my F1 small mini girls here at Pecan Place. Watch for this sweet, wonderful boys' babies, coming soon. (Grif is daddy to my Chisum and Rojo so you can see the quality this boy produces.)

Meet 'Pecan Place Harrison Ford' DOB 4-26-2009. I am VERY excited to welcome 'Harry' to my breeding program. Harry is out of an AKC CH sire and dam and about 5 generations of show champions behind this boy. He is a stunning boy with stellar conformation and coat he has the sweetest temperament you could ever ask for. Harry is 15 inches tall and about 12 lbs so he is a great size to bridge the gap from the smaller minis to the larger ones. I can't wait to see what kind of mark this boy is going to put on my line.

Meet Pecan Place Clint Eastwood. Clint is a half sister to my girl Claudette and if you notice you can see a theme with this line. He has matured to 21 lbs and 14.5 inches (a stocky little guy!) I am so pleased with these kids with their stocky builds and super thick coats. On top of that they are super sweet and smart doggies. Clint had his first litter with Monet summer of 2011 and I have kept back two gorgeous babies from this litter as they are awesome.

Meet Pecan Place Robert Redford. Rojo came to me from Kris Robards of Double R Aussiedoodles. He is out of her F1 female 'Latte' and my F1b male 'Griffon' which makes him a third generation Aussiedoodle, or Multigen. He was born 5-2010 and he is a loving little fellow with gorgeous green eyes. He sports tons of white trim which I hope he will throw to his babies. Rojo is 16 in and 20 lbs. Watch for his babies late fall/winter 2011.

Double R Panda will be returning to Pecan Place and this time to stay. She was on loan here for a year or two and after a brief trip back she will be back to make more babies for us such as her past 'greats', Claudette and her half brother Clint Eastwood. She is also momma to my girl 'Carmen'. Panda is 18 lbs and 14.5 inches tall but produces about half toy and have large mini litters, both in the same litter generally.

Greta was chosen to represent the new crossbreed in a book by Wylie Publishing called "Dogs All-In-One for Dummies". She is on page 601 and we at 'Pecan Place Kennels' are very proud to represent this hybrid to the Nation in this new exciting book. See this on the Pecan Place in Print page on this site.

Meet Pecan Place Greta Garbo! Greta is another of my Aussiedoodle foundation females. Greta has a poodle Dad and an Australian shepherd Mom. Her Daddy scored an amazing 90% percent on his Penn-hip tests so I have high hopes on her ability to pass on her super structure. She absolutely loves her toys and will chase any of them that move. Herding instinct!!?!! Greta is 15.5 inches and 23 lbs and is considered a large miniature size. Greta is a wonderful mother and usually gives me 8 or 9 beautiful babies in all colors.

Meet 'Pecan Place Judy Garland'. Her birthdate is 01-27-09. Judy is a little darling with absolutely gorgeous coloring. She is a miniature Australian Shepherd which I intend to breed to Wyatt to get the red merle Aussiedoodle in a small package. Judy is matured 15 inches and 20 lbs. Judy is NSDR and APRI registered and pups will be APRI.

Meet 'Pecan Place Rita Hayworth' DOB 01-01-10. I probably don't have to tell you who this girls momma is because she is the spitting image except for color. She is out my own Vivien and Clark and I couldn't be happier with her. Her superb conformation, wonderful temperament and dazzling blue eyes bode well for the next generation of Doodles coming to Pecan Place for Spring/Summer 2011. Rita is 20 lbs and 16 inches tall.

Meet Pecan Place Olivia DeHaviland. Olivia is a half sister to my gorgeous Vivien. She was born 4-19-2010 and you'll be seeing her first babies late summer to fall of 2011. She is a lovely girl with a thick, non-shedding coat. She was born black and white and is now almost totally silver. Her eye doctor commented when she had her CERF test that he had 'never' seen a dog with eyes her color, they are hard to pin a color on, they are somewhere between a yellow and a green-gray color. Olivia is 17 lbs and 15.5 in so she falls in the large mini range. Watch for her babies.

Meet 'Pecan Place Liza Minelli', DOB 9-13-2010. Liza is out of my picture girl 'Greta' and my boy 'Griffon' which makes her a Multigen, or third generation Aussiedoodle. Little Liza is a chunky little girl with a wonderful, thick, non-shedding coat. She is 17 lbs and already right at 14 inches tall which keeps her barely a small mini size. She is a sweet, playfull little girl that gets along with everybody here and is a very easy girl to live with. Watch for her babies in 2012.

Meet 'Pecan Place Carmen Miranda'. DOB 10-12-2010. Carmen is an F1 tri colored female with lots of trim. She is the third pup I have kept back out my beautiful and sweet 'Panda'. I love the conformation and coats on these kids and their love of life they get from momma. I also love the fact that I am starting to get the copper back in the AD's that we lost when we started crossing with the poodles. Watch for babies out of this little jewel early 2012.

Meet 'Pecan Place Jodie Foster'. Miss Jodie is a full sister and litter mate to Julie, and she is a also a Parti color, in this case a Black and White Tri colored parti. I just love my parti colors and I think they make very striking Aussiedoodles when grown and this coat pattern looks awesome left long or clipped short like a poodle. Jodie is about 2 inches shorter than sister Julie and about 2 lbs heavier, so, a chunky body type. It never ceases to amaze me the different looks and coats and sizes that I will get out of the same litter. That's a crossbreed for you!
